Plastics / Colors

  • Green or Red Celcon

    Celcon is our softest plastic and is more chemically resistant than some of our other materials. Boeing approved Celcon to be used on alclad.

  • Orange or Black Nylon

    Nylon is a stiffer plastic and is amore chemically resistant plastic when using solvents to assist in removing hardened sealants.

  • Blue or Purple Acrylic Blend

    Our Acrylic blend is a hard plastic generally used in removing leathery sealants, stickers and decals.

  • Yellow, Black or Blue Acrylic

    Our Acrylic is a hard plastic generally used in removing leathery sealants, stickers and decals.

  • Pink ABS

    ABS offers a harder and sharper scraping tip with high impact resistance. ABS is not chemically resistant and should not be used with solvents.

  • Phenolic

    Phenolic is our stiffest material. It is more chemically resistant and used for removing hardened sealants. We use LE Grade Phenolic (Linen Grade)

  • Ultem

    Ultem is our specialty plastic for temperatures up to 300° Fahrenheit. We off a scraper tip and 6" option for this material.
