Jus N Tyme Tooling Scrapers Inc does not accept returns or exchanges.
In the event that your box arrives crushed from shipping, Do NOT open it and contact us promptly at esales@jusntyme.com. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your box to report damage.
Upon return of the unopened damaged box to us, we will fully examine your items and notify you via e-mail with that status of your replacement.
If you receive an item(s) that is incorrect please contact us promptly at sales@jusntyme.com with details of the shipping error. We will not accept returns or exchanges on items ordered in error.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Please be advised that All import/export duties, taxes and fees are the customer's (your) responsibility.
Refusal of your package for any reason -
The following deductions will be taken from your original purchase payment.

-return shipping cost and fees
-a restocking fee of 30% on product cost

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of item..Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All international customers are responsible for all import/export duties, taxes and fees. You are responsible for any return duties, taxes and fees. Your order is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
