Shipping Policy

All shipping costs are prepay and add only. We do NOT offer shipping collect or third party.
We do not drop ship.
We do not drop ship to exporters or Logistics companies.
We do not drop ship outside the US.
We have the option to cancel your order if the address provided for shipping is deemed invalid.

Any special handling requests are subject to a $10.00 fee.

Most orders will ship the same business day, provided the product ordered is in stock and within our shipping window.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

UPS Service - Shipping Window -Orders placed by 2 pm, MST (Mountain Standard Time) will ship on that day for items in stock (See Ordering Policy and Conditions)

USPS Service - Shipping Window -Orders placed by 2 pm, MST (Mountain Standard Time) will ship on that day for items in stock (See Ordering Policy and Conditions)

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. We are not responsible for transit delays due to weather or other unforeseen events.

Damaged package by carrier

In the event that your box arrives crushed from shipping, Do NOT open it - Contact us promptly at esales@jusntyme.com. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your box to report damage.

Upon return of the unopened damaged box to us, we will fully examine your items and notify you via e-mail with the status of your replacement.

Error on order

If you receive an item(s) that is incorrect please contact us promptly at esales@jusntyme.com with details of the shipping error. We do not accept returns on items you placed in error.

Returned package by carrier

UPS and USPS delivery problem (ie invalid address provided) or Your refusal of your package for any reason

The following deductions will be taken from your original purchase payment.

-Original shipping cost

-return shipping cost and fees

-a restocking fee of 30% on product cost


International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please be advised that All import/export duties, taxes and fees are the customer's (your) responsibility and will be collected by the carrier at time of delivery.
