Our JNT411B90 sealant scraper is Boeing Approved, made of quality red Celcon plastic. This is the same material as our JNT411B60 scraper.
Our JNT411B90 is designed with two scraping ends that have long tapered angled tips for scraping sealant. Celcon was selected by Boeing to avoid scoring and scratching Alclad surfaces. Celcon is a more chemically resistant plastic when working with solvents. This scraper measures 9” long with 3/4” and 1/4” wide tips, 7/32” thickness.

Celcon (Acetal - POM) scrapers are an excellent tool for removing printed parts, purge lines, and residual filament from PEI-coated 3D printer build surfaces. Acetal is significantly softer than the PEI coating, allowing it to effectively separate prints from the build plate while minimizing the risk of scratches, gouges, or other surface damage commonly associated with metal scrapers. This helps preserve the integrity and lifespan of the PEI surface, maintaining consistent first-layer adhesion and print quality over time. Works well with, Bambu Labs, Creality, Prusa printbeds.
