Our JNT-SR1K spreader kit includes 2 each: JNT-SR1-orange and JNT-SR1-green.
Our JNT-SR1-orange sealant applicator (spatula / spreader) is made out of orange glass filled Nylon plastic. This applicator measures 7” long and is designed with two spatula tip sizes, 3/8” and 3/16” for spreading sealant in fillet areas. Nylon is more chemically resistant in using with solvents for clean up. This applicator is orange to assist in FOD needs.

Our JNT-SR1-green sealant applicator (spatula / spreader) is made out of green celcon plastic. This applicator measures 7” long and is designed with two spatula tip sizes, 3/8” and 3/16” for spreading sealant in fillet areas. Celcon was selected by Boeing to avoid scoring and scratching Alclad surfaces. Celcon is a more chemically resistant plastic when working with solvents.
