Our JNT-GS-3 groove spreader is made out of the same red Celcon plastic as our JNT411B60 and JNT411B90, which are Boeing Approved. Celcon is a more chemically resistant plastic when working with solvents.
This spreader measures 3” square and 1/16th thickness, with four “tongues” designed to spread sealant into grooves.
Tongue sizes are:
• .130 width x .190 depth
• .048 width x .230 depth
• .090 width x .190 depth
• .110 width x .230 depth
