Description - Material

 

Our JNT-GS-1 groove spreader is made out of the same red Celcon plastic as our JNT411B60 and JNT411B90, which are Boeing Approved. Celcon is a more chemically resistant plastic when working with solvents.

This spreader measures 3” square and 1/16th thickness, with four “tongues” designed to spread sealant into grooves.

Tongue sizes are:

• .120 width x .090 depth

• .080 width x .100 depth

• .060 width x .090 depth

• .120 width x .100 depth
